The shipment of your product is our highest priority, and every day we dispatch hundreds of items to satisfied survivalists worldwide.
However, since the majority of our warehouses are internationally based, shipping and handling times can vary, and we are unable to offer next-day delivery.
Processing Time
As soon as we receive your payment, we immediately process your order with our suppliers for verification, tailoring, quality checks, and packing. This process typically takes an additional 1–4 days.
Shipping Time
Shipping time refers to the duration it takes for items to be delivered from our warehouse to your destination. This usually takes 10–15 days, although actual shipping times may vary depending on your location and other factors.
Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This allows you to easily track your product directly from our website at any time ([link to tracking page]).
Please note that while most of our shipping partners provide tracking services, we cannot guarantee tracking availability in all cases.
