When will I receive my order?

Shipping time refers to the duration it takes for items to be delivered from our warehouse to your destination. Typically, this takes 10 to 15 days, although actual shipping times may vary depending on your location and other factors.

How does a product refund or return work?

Instead of returning the items, you can contact us for a full refund.

Why? Returns go against our sustainability efforts, as each return has a carbon footprint.

To be eligible for a full refund, please email us a photo of the item at info@thesurvivalist.eu.

After that, you can keep the item or, if you prefer, donate it.
